Rio de Janeiro, Brazil -- SCAD Fencing Team athlete Gabriella Vianna delivered an outstanding performance at the Brazilian National Tournament, earning a silver medal and 2nd place overall. Competing on home soil, Gabriella fenced against top national athletes for a position on the Brazilian National Team, showcasing exceptional focus and control throughout the event.

Gabriella was able to show strong performances in the preliminary rounds, winning all 6 bouts in pools, which led her to a 1st place ranking after the pools. In the final rounds, she showed strong and stable results, allowing her to solidify her current standing on the Brazilian National Team.
