Myrtle Beach, SC – SCAD Atlanta Fencers Anton Korablin and Sasha Korablina put together fierce competition at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center against highly competitive DIV-1A fencers in the Lotus Cup. 

Korablina delivered a strong performance in her pool, winning five bouts and losing one, ranking 4th after pools. She advanced to the Direct Elimination Rounds where she lost to Park in the Semi-Final.

Korablin ranked 6th out of pools after winning four bouts and losing one. His strong performance throughout the Direct Elimination Rounds brought him to the Final where he won against Bailey. His impressive achievement of winning the gold medal at the DIV-1A event allowed him to upgrade his national ranking from B24 to A25.

• Korablin won 4 bouts in his pool and lost 1. Ranked 6th out of pools. Advanced to Direct Elimination rounds.
