SAVANNAH, GA -- The SCAD Atlanta Men's and Women's Bolwing teams traveled to the Bowlero Savannah for the Southern States Athletic Conference Championships. Hosted by SCAD Savannah, the event marked the first match play format of the season for the SCAD Atlanta Bees. The format was double elimination. In the winner's bracket, the teams utilized a Mega Match format (Total pin fall from on Team Gam Team earned a point and total pin fall from 4 Baker games earned a point, if teams tie 1-1 there was a best of 5 match play using the Baker format) Teams were seeded going into the tournament based on their NAIA RPI ranking relative to one another. The Lady Bees entered the tournament as the #3 seed; the men were the #4 seed.
The men finished 4th and the women 3rd. The men's division had 6 teams and the women's had 4.
