QUICK LAP: The SCAD Atlanta Cross Country teams opened their 2024 season at the JSU Foothills Invitational. Both squads put together some standout performances in the midst of hot weather and high-level competition in the 5-kilometer races. Senior Katie Clarke led the women's team to a fifth place team finish. In the men's race, Junior William Karim paced a tight pack of SCAD Atlanta runners to a seventh place team finish.
