League of Legends were up against George Mason University in regular season for PlayVS College League. The Bees snatched a 3:2 victory over the University of Maryland team on the strength of aggressive positioning and clear callouts from DPS player
Ty Thompson (playing Shottle). Thompson's efforts were matched by the opposing team captain, whose proficient Zarya play kept things close. Ultimately, the cohesion from the SCAD team carried the day, particular as the player pool opened up towards the end of the match. The Bees were competing with three new faces on the team, but have managed to build synergy quickly as they continue their strong season.
