Hampton, Ga. – The SCAD cycling team competed at the prestigious UCI Professional Cyclocross race on the Nash Farms course, earning points in both the pro men's and women's races along with a UCI podium for Anna Christian.
TOP FINISH Anna Christian (Boulder, Co. / Graphic Design) earned her first Pro UCI podium place, finishing second in the Professional UCI Cyclocross race.
Pro Men's Cyclocross · Denzel Stephenson (Boulder, Co. / Sculpture) displayed remarkable resilience and skill. Stephenson's heroic effort saw him maneuvering through the field, steadily ascending into a strong position. Despite an incredible push and a compelling battle throughout the race, he finished a commendable 6th, showing great promise for the upcoming National Championship races.
Pro Women's Cyclocross · Anna Christian (Boulder, Co. / Graphic Design) exhibited tremendous skill and determination. Engaged in a gripping battle throughout the race, she secured an impressive 2nd place, showcasing her tenacity against fierce competition, notably contending with Mackenzie Myatt, a SCAD Alumni.
